Mass Timber Project Questionnaire for Builder’s Risk Insurance

This document is an editable form that construction, development and design teams can fill out to aid in collecting mass timber project-specific information to share with their insurance team. The goal is to answer some of the common questions and concerns that insurers may have specific to the mass timber aspects of the project. This document is not intended to address all topics nor be a universally accepted form providing all necessary information to insurers. However, by utilizing this form as a means of providing project-specific information on many critical items, it has the potential to pre-emptively address concerns and demonstrate that thorough processes for safety and property protection are in place.
